Studio sessions, which are the classical form of pilates, use specialised Pilates equipment. After an initial consultation, we will design a program that is tailored to each client’s individual needs. Studio classes are taught in small groups where each client works on their own individual program, at their own pace, whilst under a teacher’s supervision. New exercises are regularly introduced to bring variety and challenge to the sessions, ensuring continuous progression and development.
Classes are limited to a maximum of four people at one time and last 60 mins.
