THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS

  1. ALL CLASSES AND SESSIONS MUST BE PREBOOKED (24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL CLASS) AND PRE-PAID. TO
    BOOK YOU MUST EITHER HAVE CREDIT IN YOUR ACCOUNT OR PAY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
  2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
    1. ONLINE
    2. IN PERSON
    3. BY EMAIL (HELLEO@STUDIOONETW .COM) OR
    4. BY PHONE (01892 522290)
  3. ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
  4. CANCELLATION POLICY – THE FULL FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN A 6 HOUR PERIOD OF
    YOUR GROUP CLASS AND 24 HOUR FOR STUDIO SESSION, REFORMER SESSION, DUET SESSION AND 1:1 SESSION.
    THIS IS DUE TO THE SMALL NUMBER OF CLIENTS PER CLASS.
  5. CLASSES ARE SCHEDULED ON A “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED” BASIS. TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT PLEASE BOOK IN
    ADVANCE.
  6. STUDIO ONE MAY CANCEL GROUP CLASSES IF TWO OR LESS PEOPLE ARE BOOKED IN. WE WILL INFORM YOU VIA
    EMAIL / TEXT / PHONE CALL 2 HOURS PRIOR TO THE CLASS.
  7. INSTRUCTORS MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
  8. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE FOR A CLASS, YOU MAY FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
    CLASS. THIS IS AT THE INSTRUCTOR’S DISCRETION AND IS FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND OUT OF RESPECT TO THE
    OTHER CLIENTS.
  9. ALL PACKAGES, DROP IN CLASSES AND SESSIONS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE. PLEASE SEE OUR PRICES PAGE ON OUR
    WEBSITE FOR EXPIRATION PERIODS.

AUTOPAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. AUTOPAY PACKAGES ARE SET UP AS AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS AND ARE RENEWED WHEN CLASSES HAVE BEEN USED
    UP OR EXPIRED.
  2. AUTOPAY PACKAGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.
  3. A CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO ALL CLIENTS. IF A LATE CANCELLATION OCCURS, A CLASS WILL BE DEDUCTED
    FROM AN AUTOPAY PACK.
  4. TO CANCEL AUTOPAY PACKS, WRITTEN NOTICE WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 SESSIONS/CLASSES REMAINING MUST BE
    GIVEN.

PRIVACY POLICY

FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES AND TO HELP US DEVISE A TREATMENT PLAN FOR YOU, WE REQUIRE YOU TO COMPLETE & DATE A HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE AND PROVIDE US WITH MEDICAL PAST AND PRESENT MEDICAL HISTORY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR),  ALL PERSONAL DATA AND CIRCUMSTANCES ARE HELD IN THE STRICTEST CONFIDENCE.

ALL CLIENT RECORDS ARE STORED IN A SAFE AND FULL SECURE ENVIRONMENT. WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANY OTHER PERONS OR THIRD PARTY UNLESS REQUESTED BY YOURSELF IN WRITING. WE WILL HOLD YOUR RECORDS FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 YEARS FROM THE LAST POINT OF CONTACT.

IF YOU WISH FOR US TO LIAISE WITH ANOTHER HEALTH PROVIDER REGARDING YOUR TREATMENT, WE REQUIRE WRITTEN CONSENT FROM YOU ALLOWING US TO DO SO.

WE WILL REQUIRE TO CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE AND CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS OR TO DISCUSS YOUR TREATMENT. IN THIS INSTANCE WE WILL USE THE EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED US.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO VIEW THE INFORMATION THAT WE HOLD ABOUT YOU BY REQUESTING IN WRITING TO: STUDIO ONE, ROYAL VICTORIA HOUSE, 51-55 THE PANTILES, TUNBRIDGE WELLS, KENT TN2 5TE.
